Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, September 14, 2012

Hey everyone! Brian here, bringing you another day of surfing in Nicaragua, hope you got in the water today because there were barrels with your name on it! New swell filled in through the day with a little more westerly angle, keeping the rights open enough to squeeze in there. For the most part waves were head high with a few overhead drainers but once in a while I saw some double overhead sets! Check it out!

It started out a little racey and inconsistent but in the end it was really fun!

This guy looks like he's just about in the right spot on this drainer, maybe if his girlfriend wasn't in the way he could've pulled right in..haha.

Even though the swell was mostly dishing out rights, there were a few nice lefts coming in. Check out this guy, dropping in and setting his line!

Had a few girls make it out in the line up today as well. This girl seemed like she was charging harder than most of the guys out there. Styling, on a floater section!

I saw a lot of good rights coming in today, draining barrels all the way down the bar. One of the few lucky guys on a mutant right!

You think this guy needs a flashlight in there? This guy was getting deep on this one!

Can you say "sandbar sandwich" ? This guys pulled into what looked like a playful frothy right, until the wave got hungry and swallowed him up!

12 o'clock train departing....Freight train that is!

In the words of Homer Simpson.."Dohh!"

Another day in paradise. Alright muchachos, that's it for today. Hope we see you guys in the water tomorrow! Adios amigos!
