Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, September 14, 2011

What’s up folks?  Lucha Libre is here bringing you some of the action we had today.  There were lots of things going on in town and we were there to show you how it was.  September 14th is a huge holiday in the whole country and we did our best to have fun during the day.  Hundreds of people showed up to enjoy all the festivities we had.  Check it out!!!

The action started right about 9:00 am and got done by noon.  Music bands from every college in town made their presentation and everything was very successful.

All the colleges also have to take their National and college flags out, in a day like this.  Here they are just seconds away from the main stage.

Dagne, my older daughter keeps doing the things right at the school and she was part of the excellent crew one more time.  I am so proud of her!

Music bands, dancers, gymnastics were doing their best to make a good show.  Check out these two girls in the middle of the scene been hold up by those guys.

The day was super hot and the pressure was pumping and pumping.  Not everything was smiles but at the end everything ended up like a good day.

On the last action shot of all the deed we had in town we have Gavy and Francis posting for the camera.  Keeping a nice memory!

When everything was done in town we drove El Burro up to the beach and found lots of super fun waves to be taken.  Chest to shoulder high sets were rolling in and the winds were straight offshore all day long.

Our very good friend Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaandy was out there having fun on one of his big short boards.  Here he is working on his backside!

We met this cute lady from Cal this afternoon.  She wanted to get a shot with our small man La Mosca, I do not why but she said that La Mosca looks cute to her.

El Boteta Ramos took a ride to the beach with me and made it out right away.  Here he is with a Jacksomevile turn.  Hola Chewyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!

The lefts were working pretty well today but there was not people out to destroy them.  Where are you Borrador?  This could have been a fun day for you at this spot.

La Gaviota Chamorro is caught here with a cool little floater on the last shot of the day.  We are hoping to score some fun ones tomorrow as well so make sure to check us back out!
