Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, February 11, 2011

Hi and welcome to our daily surf report.  We are the NSR family bringing you all the action for this Friday surf report.  Today we went to the beach in the morning trying to score some fun waves.  The waves were super fun, running over head on sets with a little strong offshore winds, the day was cloudy, no sun and the water was colder.  Check out the lineup!!!

On the first surfing shot of the day we have this guy, he was one of the many international surfers we had in the water.  Here he is riding with a cool bottom turn on this nice sized left hander, one of the bigger waves he caught today.

Bunch of locals made it out and they were doing their thing.  This is Gainer “La Ranita” Granados trowing some buckets on this little nugget.

Here, we have this cool scene where everyone were having a good time, watching and enjoying all the action that we had on the beach this morning.

The lineup was a little empty today, we only had about 12 or 15 guys in the water including a few locals doing their thing.  Here we have Gerardo “El Mope” Miranda, he was ripping all over the place.  Check him out destroying the lip on this closed out session.

This is our very good friend Jose “El Corage” Hernandez with a cool sequence on this beautiful right hander, one of the better waves of the day.  Check it out!

What about Augusto “La Gaviota “ Chamorro, he was killing every single wave.  Check him with a cool fromside aerial.  Good job dude!

The lineup was not very busy at all, so we have many fun waves rolling in with no taker.  Check out this peeler coming in by itself.

On the last surfing shot of the day we have Larry “La Carita de Venado” Davila dropping in on this beautiful left hander.  Alright folks that’s all for today.  Please check back with us tomorrow.
