Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, February 11, 2010

Hi everyone, welcome to our daily surf report.  We are the NSR family bringing you a little bit of the action we had on the beach.  The waves were small, running about knee to waist high on sets with strong offshore winds.  Check it out!!!

First at all, we want to show you how El Burro is looking right now.  We are missing the saddle of the mule, it fell off on the way back from the beach but that didn’t stop El Burro.  We have a good reward to anybody that take it back to our shop back in San Juan del Sur.  No, no, no, we are just kidding fellas, we are just getting it fixed.  How is it looking with the new style?

We mostly had only beginners out there in the lineup, which is good.  That means we have many more people practicing this beautiful sport.  Check out this guy picking up one of the better waves of the day.

Many guys went to the beach today and decided to watch the action from the beach.  This is our very good friend in the foreground Juan “El Duendecito” so proud to wear his brand new NSR T-Shirt.  Hey man, next time you have to paddle out and get some surf.

Quite a few bogie boarders made it out to the beach and were having a blast out there.  Here we have this one riding a nice peeler.  Check out the white caps in the background!

As we said before we had lots of beginners in the water, so we had many empty waves rolling in as well.  Check out how strong the winds were, we had boards flying and you also can see how strong the spray is.  Please check back tomorrow!
