Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, February 10, 2011

What’s up folks?  We are the NSR family bringing you all the action for the Thursday surf report.  The waves were a little bigger than yesterday this morning, running about waist to chest high on sets with nice offshore winds and the water was fresh.  Check it out!!!

As usual, the local kids were ripping all over the place.  La Bestia Calderon is caught here with a sick backside maneuver.

Juan “La Gargola” Carlos made it out this morning and was able to pick up a couple fun ones on his fish.  Check him out laying down a sick round house.

How about Juan “La Mosca” De la Perra trying to get some shade on this nice left hander.  He’s the only one that could get barrel today because he is short, short and short.

Juan “El Duendecito” Bustos took a ride with us to the beach and paddle out to get a couple of fun rides.  Here he is dropping into this nice sized right.

Katrina successfully scored a few sweet ones this morning.  Here she is racing down the line on this little nugget, showing us what she has learned with El Mope.

It was nice to see local and international dudes sharing the waves.  Check out this unknown rider going big with a cool floater.

There were some nice empty waves rolling in at Machete Pt and here we have the proof.  The waves should be fun tomorrow as well so make sure to check us back out!!!
