Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, December 02, 2011

This morning we headed out to Playa Maderas to see what was going on over there.  We found some fun waves rolling in and the lineup wasn’t busy at all.  It was running about chest to shoulder high on the bigger sets but really good shape.  Check it out!!!

David “La Polvosa” was taking advantage of the light crowd we had out there today.  Here he is working on his backside on this left.

We had guys from all over the world.  These guys made it all the way down from Germany and they are camping out on the beach.  Welcome down folks!

Mostly all these guys from Europe have uncommon names, pretty hard to keep in mind.  I know this guy is from Norway but I forgot his name.  Dropping into a nice sized wave!

This guy made it out with this weird board, first time I’ve ever seen this kinda board.  He was having a blast on it.

Manuel “La Bellota” Cascante was the only local guy out.  Here he is with a cool off the top on this little nugget.

There were a few chicks trying to get some waves on their own.  Here is caught this one with a solid ride all the way in to the beach.

David with the last shot of the day, nabbing a nice right hander.  Lucha out, please check back tomorrow!
