Nicaragua Surf Report for Sunday, October 28, 2018

Brian Scott

Howdy folks, Brian here, checking in for the Sunday surf report. Waves are in the waist to chest high range with slight offshore winds.

Today we had a nice forecast for weather and the morning was looking good, until about 10 o’clock, then the clouds moved in quickly and all my hopes and dreams for a sunny surf report vanished like a one hit wonder song from the early 2000’s. Hey Apple, I want a refund on my weather app! haha

Still looks good despite the beautiful light…. eh??

Brian Scott

There were only a handful of people out, which made for a very easy lineup to take anything that came in.

Brian Scott

It was actually a pretty good day for a surf lesson, too!

Brian Scott

Or even better… a nice cold Toña!

Brian Scott

Jamie was going nuts with how little the crowds were for todays surf session.

Brian Scott

Just in time for Halloween, it’s like a ghost town here.

I was stoked to see my buddy Rick back from visiting the states and paddling out.

Brian Scott

He’s always putting his years of surfing on the North Shore of Hawaii to use here at PC.

Brian Scott

This other surfer found plenty of room to surf the lefts pretty much all to himself.

Down the way, John Springfield was putting some good use to his new whip he just bought down after a long visit back in the E.E.U.U.

Brian Scott

Good to see you and the fam back hermano!

Brian Scott

Mystery barrel surfer of the day… U know who you are! There were only like 5 people out!!! haha

Brian Scott

Despite the rain (which was totally not forecast for today), I’d say it was a pretty fun day at the playa.

Empty right anyone???? Alright damas y caballeros, hope you all have a great week ahead. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, wherever it is you’re reading this from. Chao ~
