Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, May 25, 2020

Brian Scott

Happy Monday people! Well it was another small day of waves and a bit onshore but it’s kinda the calm before the storm so to speak. Lots of juicy swell heading our way…. Enjoy some of these pre-warm up waves for now!

Brian Scott

Sean sure knows how to make Red Bull from lemons.

Brian Scott

Here’e a closer look at his brewing factory!

Brian Scott

Kev too. When you’re doing turns like this on 1-2 foot slop…. just goes to show or remind you rather, that your surfing ability is highly tuned.

Brian Scott

Oceanside? Hermosa Beach? Huntington? Venice? Naaahhh this is still Nicaragua just giving you reminder we’re all equal to some extent. But not very often.

Brian Scott

One thing that’s super duper nice aside from the small crappy waves. The wave is insanely warm right now.

Brian Scott

12:30…. maybe 1 o’clock? Either way Sean’s clock is always ticking.

Brian Scott

The waters so clear from all these onshore winds so with that there are a lot of fish out there too. Here’s one giant and mean looking wahooo!

Brian Scott

Sean’s been playing around in these waves since he was a little grom. He’s always a swell traveled surfer who’s surfed a lot big and scary places Puerto Escondido just to name one. So you can imagine when our next few big 6-10 ft swells hit these shores… he’s plenty more than ready!

Brian Scott

Cesar’s also had his A-game on since the beginning of the year. We’ve been shooting a lot together and I think his studying of his photos have helped him improve by a lot. Just like any kind of dicispline, you need to watch your performance, analyze and practice practice practice.

Brian Scott

He’s been doing this every single day and it shows!!!

Brian Scott

Moving a lot water without a lot of water to give. Sick turn Sean!

Brian Scott

Well, not a lot to report today. There should be plenty to be showcasing here very soon though! Be patient…. it’s coming!!! Dale pues ~
