Nicaragua Surf Report for Sunday, December 02, 2012

Hola amigos, Brian here, bringing the report to you this quiet, Sunday afternoon. It's about as small as it gets around here today, with waves in the ankle to knee high range and gusty offshore winds. Not too many people out on the beach today, but there was a few folks hanging out enjoying the beautiful weather here in Nicaragua. Check it out!

As you can see, the surf was small but still some shape to it for the few people out in the water today. Perfect for the beginner surfer or for the kids who want to boogie around.

Even though it's small, there's usually a wave nearby that's always working. Very rarely is it completely flat throughout the year, one of the many reasons why I love Nicaragua.

On days like this, it's nice just to sit back and relax and just enjoy the natural beauty of the land.

These guys were observing the beautiful surroundings while local boy, Lenny, was catching all the waves to himself.

Down the beach there were a few plus peaks coming through, mostly just a peak today.

Still enough push to get dad into his first wave and plenty of fun to stoke this kids up on their boogie session.

If nothing else, perfect day for a bike ride on the beach.

Well, that's enough monkeying around for today. Keep your fingers crossed because it looks like we might have a little bump in swell for the upcoming week. Until then, keep surfing! Hasta manana amigos!
