Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, November 13, 2010

Central American Surf Contest, November 20 and 21.  Come by and check it out!!!

The waves got smaller today but there were still many fun ones rolling in.  It was running about waist to chest high on sets with nice offshore winds all day long.  Check it out!!!

When I got to the beach the tide was already going out, and also the crowd was light.  Did we say there were many small but fun waves coming in?

There were only 4 guys in the lineup when I got to the beach and they were having a blast.  Some of the old surfers might know about this guy, Joe Langela from Italy.  He was a pro surfer in the 80’s and he still rips.  Sweet vertical move to prove it!

We had a few waves barreling, but some of them were really tight.  Here is this guy doing his best to get some shade.

Some other waves opened up very well and this guy was lucky enough to score some of the better ones.  Who wants to get shacked?

Local people around this area go fishing always on the rocks.  Sometimes they do not know about the risk they take while they fish.  We barely can see this guy head in the background, right behind the big spray.

It was a good day to take the family out to the beach.  Tommy watching his son, and doing a little bit of film.

Lucha out, Miguel should be back with the Sunday surf report tomorrow so make sure to check back with us.
