Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, September 19, 2009

Hi everybody, this is your favorite reporter bringing you all the action for the Saturday surf report.  The new swell finally showed up today and the waves were super fun, running well over head on sets with nice offshore winds.  Today was one of those days that you wish to be there surfing some sick waves with only 8 guys in the lineup.  Check it out!!!

There were some sick waves coming at Machete Pt as well.  Here we have this unknown rider with a sweet shot.  I always get artistic when we have good waves.

On this shot we have Jamil “EL Coki” Brox about to get shacked on this killer right.  Check out how beautiful that wave is.

There were a few international guys out taking advantage on some of the better sets.  Here we have this guy dropping into another killer wave.

We’ve not seem such as good waves like these ones in a while at Playa Maderas.  Empty one with nobody on it.  What a shame!!!

The lineup was not crowded at all, there were only 4 international surfers out and 3 other locals.  Here we have another unknown rider working on his backside style on this right.

It’s weird when you break your board when you have perfect waves.  Sorry buddy!!!

Norwin “El Chulin” Estrella was taking advantage at Machete Pt, taking all the better waves.  Here he is with a cool floater on this nice sizeable left.

Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro was ripping all over the place.  Check him out going big with a nice backside maneuver.

Here we have this little kid high lining on this one.  He was charging on a couple mini bumps that we had coming through.

The swell is building for the next few days so stay tuned with us.  Nice backlight, isn’t it?
