NSR

Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, June 23, 2010

What’s up boys?  The NSR family went to the beach this morning trying to score some fun waves.  It was running about chest to shoulder high on sets with light onshore winds.  It was raining a lot early this morning but later on the day cleared up and we had a pretty nice day.  Check it out!!!

As we said before it was raining a lot, so that made our roads very slippery.  Check out these guys going through one of the many potholes we found on the way to the beach.

The lineup was a little bit busy today but it was nice because everybody was really mellow.  There were also lots of beginners trying to catch some waves and have a good time.

A few local surfers were able to paddle out as well and they were shredding up as always.  This is Oliver “El Monito” Solis practicing his backside style on this closed out section.

Nicaragua is being videographed right now by one of the most successful TV Shows in the states.  Here we have their helicopter trying to catch and dangerous and difficult shot.

The wind was light onshore and the tide was pretty high when we got to the beach, but we were still lucky enough to score many fun ones.  Check out this guy riding a nice and clean right.

La Baloy Chamorro was also part of the show we had today.  Here he is caught with his signature move but from a different perspective.  This one is pretty high, don’t you think so?

Alright fellas, that’s all for today.  Make sure to check back with us tomorrow!
