Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, May 20, 2011

Whats up everybody!  Eric here with the Friday report from a sick spot somewhere in Nicaragua.  The swell is coming down, we still have some head high waves and the conditions were great.  It's been too big here for the past couple of days but it cleaned up this morning and there were a bunch of good waves coming through.

This man pulled into some good tubes out here.  Rights and lefts were peaking up all down the beach.  Nice wave maje

There was a light crowd out here.  Plenty of waves came through with nobody around.

Lance pulled up on his boat, then he pulled into a few nice barrels.  Here he is setting up for the section ahead.

A few shots later...  Lance got slotted on this wave and came out clean.

There was still some juice in the water every now and then.  Not as much energy as there has been, this guy dropped in on a sweet one as I was leaving the beach.

Another unknown surfer nabbing himself a little tube time on this wave.  Here he is setting up backside.  Check out the lip on that thing!

Plenty of room to breathe in this tube.  The lefts were opening wide and this guy was taking advantage!

Tony was able to put down his camera for awhile and snag some waves.  Ripping a big turn on this fun lefthander!

Uhhh!  Mean one storming through down the beach.  Do you want some of this?

Waves like that last one lead to boards looking like these.  That's all for today, the waves should still be pumping for the coming days.  Thanks for checkin' us out here at NSR.  We'll be here tomorrow with all of the action right from the beach.  Take it easy!
