Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, April 16, 2012

This is Lucha Libre Garcia with your Monday surf report from up north.  This morning we took a ride with our good friend Raaaaaaandy El Bambino and we made it to one of our favorite spots to check what was going on.  The waves were running about chest to head high with some occasional over head waves on the bigger sets, the winds were a little weird and the water was nice and fresh.  Check out the lineup!

The lineup was not busy at all, we only had about 7 or 8 guys out the whole morning and they were having a blast.  Unknown folk about to get into the fun section!

Quite a few guys were ripping all over the place, as you can see.  Check out this one going big with a cool frontside hack!

There were not many waves to take advantage of, but the local knowledge is always good to score some of the better ones.  Lester doing his thing on this sick right hander.

There were not many lefts coming in today so there were plenty of rights to be taken.  Here we caught this folk with a small but cool little snap on his backside.

Barrel’s sequence of the day goes to Matt El Generoso on this sick right hander.  He worked it out pretty well.  Dropping in!!!

Setting up!!!

Pulling in deep!

And deeper!!!

Oh my god!

Safe and clean!

Quesitos was running around to prepare the new meal plan for the upcoming crew at the NSR Beach House.  The NSR Meal Plan is very complete so make sure to take it and you won’t get any reason to worry about while you are down here.

Did I mention that the lineup was almost empty?  Check out this wave coming by itself with no takers!

A few guys were ripping down the line, styling on their frontside skills.  Sick floater in the inside section.

There were not many sick waves barreling today but this guy scored quite a few nice ones.  Tony looking down the line!

Tony getting into a nice section!

Tony still going!

And Tony coming out of a sick 15 shot sequence barrel!

Alright folks, that’s all for today.  Please check back tomorrow!
