Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, October 02, 2020

Brian Scott

Happy Friday Amigos!  Well, we’ve made it this far to October and its been a pretty incredible season as far as the surf goes. Yes, we’ve had our fair share of onshore day’s, however, nothing will ever top having this place to ourselves for an entire surf season. So for all my amigos here who are catching that one commercial airliner out of here mañana, this surf report is FOR YOU!  ; )

Brian Scott

Onshore, yes… beautiful clear tropical warm water, YES! It’s all in the perspective.

Brian Scott

But seriously, how clear and cool looking was the water today? Colin driving down the line on a minty looking left!

Brian Scott

Dedicated to 100% pure style, even though two of your disc pals in your back have decided to take a siesta on working. Come on little back cushions, GET BACK TO WORK! Colin needs you!!!!

Brian Scott

Seems like there were a bit more lefts, or so it seemed? Mike running up next with a little overhead on this onshore crumbler. Good thing Mikey has that Linden mini gun with all that volume so he’s got lots of speed to get around that section.

Brian Scott

And with all that speed, he’s able to cut it like a knife like this!

Brian Scott

Hey it was the three amigos out there…! Mr. Chris out there playing in the super clear aqua green water as well. Nice take off on an otherwise chunky looking glass fishbowl kinda wave.

Brian Scott

Everyone had their turn game on 10 today.

Brian Scott

Even the groms were shredding it up out there.

And that my friends is how we like to kick off a good weekend, October style. Don’t forget, October historically has at least one or two decent to legit proper swells. Let’s see if 2020 will be kind and give us a little redemption swell or two! Peace out and travel safely my amigos whom are leaving tomorrow. See ya’ll who are returning in November. SBS is out and ready for the weekend ~
