Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, June 28, 2022

Brian Scott

Welcome to the Tuesday report! Still plenty of swell in the water. Super clean conditions and some nice barrels coming through off the afternoon high tide. Enjoy ~

The lighting which is usually not the the best time of day looking north like this, actually made for some pretty cool images like this!

Check out this unknown dude dropping into a good sized right. There were some really good sets roping in.

On the flip side, look at this empty left body was able to nab, unfortunately.

Brian Scott

This kid looking down the line maybe hoping for that a thing to throw out over him, or maybe looking further ahead for that lip to smack!

Brian Scott

This dude actually got a super deep inside (super close to shore) churned up sandy beach thumper. Hang on buddy…. you’re about to get sand in places, I bet you’ll still be finding by next week. Haha

Talking earlier about cracking one off the top, how sick is this kids vertical off the lip!

Brian Scott

Slightly offshore, to almost nada winds, made for perfect glassy conditions and perfect barrels like this guys in right here!

Brian Scott

What didn’t happen under the lip, these kids made up by going up and over!

Get ready folks, as we have a legitimate weather system making it’s way here and they’re predicting a lot of rain. As long as it’s not onshore, rain never hurt any surfers, but it poses some limitations for us photographers. . . but we shall see!

Remember, even if you didn’t make the highlights you can always look at the link here for all the Daily Surf Shots from each day, there might be a good chance you’re in there!
