Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, June 14, 2023

Brian Scott

Happy Hump-day Wednesday, everyone! That’s right, we hit the middle of the week and the waves and more importantly, the weather and conditions have been pretty nice so far. Had a pretty good downpour earlier and the winds were a bit sideways, but it cleaned up after that and the rest of the day looked, well, jump on in and find out for yourselves!

Clean, head high barrels in the land ‘o’ plenty!!

Strolling up and seeing peaks like this is always a good feeling!

There were however quit a bit of surfers out, even though the tide was going out pretty quickly. But people pulling some (more like skate moves out there it was so fun) Anything from method airs. . .

To pop shove-its. . . .

To just some big ol’ bashing off the lip closeout sections like this here. Sickkk!!

Everything else was of course the barrel fest that was happening on all peeks that were working with the lefts and the rights.

This left was fasssst and pretty hard to make it out.

But the rights were a little slower, but tapering perfectly for the more perfect barrel experience, all you really had to so was drop in and just pull in and the wave did all the rest of the work! Ahhhh what a GREAT wave we have here!!!!

All surfed out (probably their last and final surf for the day, now it’s time to go have a smoothie or something to rehydrate and rinse, sleep and repeat it all over again tomorrow! See ya out there bright and early kiddos ~
