Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, June 10, 2021

Hola amigos! Welcome back for another day here in Nicaragua, today the waves are pretty small but still fun. We are so blessed with good waves that when the waves are waist high we look at the ocean as if it were flat even though in many parts of the world people would be stoked for these conditions. Check it out!

Mi Hermano Lucas cruising backside on his Hayden Shape board whipping around the lineup like usual catching a bunch of waves.

Lucas on another one! If you look real close in the distance you can see what appears to be some people on the rocks back there either coming or going to/ from Gigante.

Like I said earlier we get such good consistent waves here that this is one of the days that the locals take the day off and handle the chores around the house but look at that.. warm water, offshore wind, waist high.. that's a lot of fun.

Good for working on building speed and trying out some new maneuvers.

Or on a nice sunny day with the sun beating down it just feels good to jump in the water for awhile and have that moment of zen with the connection between human and nature.

I went for a quick surf today on a longboard just like this fella here, taking advantage of a bit more size on the board when the wave size isn't quite there.

Sorry about the delay there folks we had a little power outage and I ran down to play some beach volleyball while I waited for the power to return.

Another solid way to wait for the power to return.. take a nap on the beach. Just make sure the tide isn't incoming or you could have a rude awakening.

Out on the boat trip looking for the best spot to surf.. chances are they will drop off at Panga as it is a swell magnet and when everywhere else is flat Panga always has waves.

A good day for those that would like to learn how to surf to get out in the water and feel comfortable knowing that there won't be any overhead rogue waves coming through the lineup. Yeah ladies!!

Alright folks thank you for coming and checking out some of our waves today. It is always a pleasure to be down at the beach taking photos of the surf and the friendly people that call this beautiful place home. See ya Saturday but make sure to swing by tomorrow for some of Brian's epic shots and captions.
