Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, June 04, 2012

What's up y'all! We are NSR and we're comin' atcha once again with another surf report desde Nicaragua. June is here, we really do love it here this time of year. Winds and waves all cooperating to provide hours of aqua entertainment. We are in day two of this most recent swell. This one was super west so our options were opened up a bit today. We even lucked into one of our favorite mysto rights. The waves were well over head at most spots and despite the direction a handful of spots were ON today.

We're still rolling with the RipZone crew having a blast getting waves all day long, just like being on a surf trip again. Here is Drew "from down unda" McPherson highlining at our first stop of the day.

Shannon was putting all of his 6'3" 200lb frame behind his turns as usual.

We changed gears after a couple hours and made it over to one of our favorite lefthanders. We were the only ones out on the right but had to share with the crew on this spot. This guy was laying down some serious hacks. We didn't get his name, but he was a standout today.

Drew "from down unda" was making his presence felt and freeing fins in the process everywhere we surfed today.

So we are looking at some fading swell over the next couple of days, but don't worry we won't let that get us down. We'll be sure to do our job and get to the beach, go surfing and report back to you. Hey everyone we really appreciate you checking in with us everyday. Thanks again to Scott Sefas for submitting the shots today. Hasta manana a todos!!
