Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, February 02, 2013

What's up everyone?  This is Lucha Libre Garcia here with your Saturday surf report.  The waves were super fun today, running about chest to shoulder high on the bigger sets, winds were just a little too strong and the water was a bit chilly.  Check it out!!!

The local kids got on it pretty early and they were ripping it up as always.  Gustavo about to bust the lip off the back on this little nugget.

I took an early ride with Carlitos Calientes this morning and he paddled out to get a warm up session.  He's taking it easy right now because he's neck it is not that right but he scored some fun ones.  Yeahhhhh Carlitos!!!

The lineup was not busy at all, so there were plenty of sick waves rolling in with no takers.  Just take a look at this jewel!

This girl made it out at first peak and she caught a couple of nice ones.  Way to go chica!

Oswaldo, one of the local kids that were in the lineup today, going big with a cool floater.  Watch out for Carlitos buddy!!!

First peak got super fun at some point during the day, and a couple of international surfers were taking advantage of it.  The look from behind!

And now the look from the beach.  Looking good, uh!

We changed locations a little later and we also scored some nice ones.  Carlitos looking down the line on this sweet peeler.

Garret on the last shot of the day, working on his backside.  The waves might pick up a little bit tomorrow so make sure to check us back.  Peace!
