Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, January 28, 2010

Hi folks, this is Miguel bringing you all the action for this Thursday surf report.  Today we went to the beach in the morning for the incoming tide, trying to catch a few shots.  The waves were super fun, running about chest to shoulder high on sets with fairly strong offshore winds.  Check out the lineup!!!

Today we are going to start with our very own Carlos “Caliente”.  After 5 days out of the water due to back problems, he decided to take out the long board.  Here he is dropping in on one of his many waves.

On this shot we have an unknown surfer, trying to get a couple waves.   He looks super stoked riding on this small, but fun left hander.

Here we have our very good friend Randy “El Bambino”.  He was ripping all over the place.  Check him out on this sweet little nugget.

The lineup was not very crowded today.   We only had about 5 or 7 surfers in the water.  On this shot we have D-lite looking for some shade.

There were a few local guys walking around the beach, looking for a good spot to dive.  They are hoping to catch some fish for a killer dinner tonight.

The waves were small, but super fun today.  Here we have one of the many international surfers, coming in after the long surf session.

On the last shot of the day we have this beautiful photo.    Alright folks that’s all for today.  We should still have some fun waves for most of this week, so check back tomorrow!
