Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, January 05, 2013

Buenos dias everyone! Brian here, with your Saturday morning surf report. Woke up early to find fun waves coming in at one of our other beaches nearby and I wasn't the only one up early. A handful of new arrivals showed up to score some as well. Surf was in the waist to chest high range and clean conditions with strong offshore winds, making for some hollow nuggets. Check it out!

Most of the crowd was right out front but there were some beautiful, empty waves coming down the beach as well.

Misty morning, with lefts and rights coming in all over. I think these two are in shock on how perfect that wave is. Go!

A couple surfer girls made it out in the lineup. "El Chele" , looks like he's a little distracted on this one.

A lot of international surfers in the water this morning, scrambling all over the lineup trying to get into a barrel. One lucky winner.

Grinding right tubes anyone?

I guess the international surfers share waves where they come from. His buddy looks happy right?

Did I mention there were plenty of unridden waves? Uhhh yeah....I want that one.

Local ripper "Moncho", out there this morning showing the "out of towners" how the locals do it.

First peak had a few nice nuggets coming through. Chele setting up and getting ready to pull into a mini keg.

What ?!? Another empty nugget going unridden. That's it, I'm on it! As for the rest of you, plenty of daylight left, so go surf! Hasta manana amigos!
