Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, January 02, 2012

Happy New Year folks, this is Lucha Libre Garcia with the first report I do in this 2012.  This morning I made it to Playa Maderas to check what was happening up there.  The waves were pretty small but super fun to ride on longboards and perfect conditions to learn how to surf.  The lineup was not busy at all, the winds were nice offshore and the water nice and fresh.  Check it out!!!

Quite a few international guys were out trying to score some waves on their own.  Here is caught this one going big with a late take off.

Los Masequitos were the only ones out there, taking some of the better waves.  This is Ronald with a cool off the top on this little nugget.

Mamita and Papito took their little boy out, in their first day in the water.  Nice job Chabalito!!!

Part of the new generation was out this morning, taking advantage on the conditions.  Nine years old kid with a solid ride!

Since the waves were small, bunch of beginners made it out and they had a blast.  Check out this one with nice ride all the way in to the beach.

The last action shot of the day goes to Felipe El Chompipito, attacking this closed out section.  Those kids in the lineup were having a good time for sure.

Alright folks, that’s all for today.   My new friend is trying to find his short because he’s also getting ready to go out.  Please check back tomorrow!
