Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, December 13, 2018

Brian Scott

Hola everyone! Todays surf was looking pretty fun.. I only say this, because I could only imagine how fun it would be to be out there. But seeing everyone out there having a good time always makes me happy. Come join my happy train!

Brian Scott

Not a bad angle and view of the rocky reef we passionately love this time of year, which is also known as a pretty good wave magnet when everywhere else goes XXS or flat. My amigo Philipo or as we passionately like to call and know him as DJ Phi Lu.

Brian Scott

Stay tuned later in the report for a little surprise DJ Phi Lu and one of the best eateries around here has for you guys. You definitely don’t want to miss out on it! Philipo smacking the inside bowl when he’s not behind the decks mixing some great sounds!

Brian Scott

Alberto is another good friend of mine who surf this place A LOT! And when I say a lot, he spends quite a bit of time surfing this break all to himself. As shown in this killer backlit shot of him on a wave from way outside, riding it all the way in.

Brian Scott

Its one thing to get two surfers on pretty much the same wave, but here I got pretty lucky with three surfers and a bunch of “Pelícanos”, all in one shot.

Brian Scott

There was even a foil-boarder out there doing his thing.

Brian Scott

Well…. would ya look at who I saw back at the Ol’ Panga Drops today. If it isn’t Tsunami Tommy in the flesh. GREAT to see you back surfing your favorite spot Hermano!

Brian Scott

Today was full of all of the best of the best at PD’s. Mr. Roger back in town and surfing. I was so full of excitement to see so many friendly happy people all out enjoying the one thing we all love the most… SURFING!!!

Brian Scott

Scott, changing gears from pulling into macking Colorados to making his big macking, arching turns at the place with the best shoulders. looks like your foots doing better buddy. Scott, unfortunately got tagged by a ray a few days ago and said it felt really nice…. NOT!!!

Brian Scott

Sunburn turns and ice cold Toña’s after the sun goes down. Bienvenido a nicaragua!

Brian Scott

Alberto on a racey left bottom turning a whole lot of foam.

Brian Scott

Aurita La Monita speed blurring on a dusk time emerald green gem.

Brian Scott

So, remember I mentioned something about a little surprise, well here it is. Tomorrow night @casamaderas_restaurant

will be having one of the best promotions ever! $2, that’s right… you heard that correct. TWO DOLLAR appetizers and $1 beers. All while grooving to the epic beats mixed by DJ Phi Lu. Come on out tomorrow night, you don’t want to miss it!

Brian Scott

Sunset gazing spots are abundant anywhere on this stretch of beach. Looks like these two guys found a comfy place to post up.

Brian Scott

And what a sunset it was to see! Ok my friends, this day has come to a close, but we leave you with a great big Muchos Gracias for always taking time to check out our surf report. Buena onda - Te veo pronto ~
