Before we get to today's surf report we wanted to post a community service activity we participated in this morning.  NSR, in conjunction with Morgan's Rock and some other sponsors, was out there picking up trash and teaching the kids about the importance of recycling.  It's amazing that we now have this opportunity in Nicaragua, where people regularly throw plastic and trash in the streets.  This event goes to the root of the problem and helps the youngest folks learn better ways to dispose of their trash.  It was a big turn-out with over 400 people cleaning about 50km of road.  In the end, there was a big party with games, music and drinks for everyone.  Special thanks to Morgan's Rock for organizing the whole thing!
