Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, October 04, 2019

Brian Scott

Welcome back for another round of the daily surf report action. Another beautiful day down at the playa. Sun was out, winds were starting to go a little sideshore/onshore, but there were still some fun waves to play around in.

Justin’s been surfing this wave for many years as he’s a regular visitor to these waves. Helps too because him and the da boys always post up at the best beach house right at Playa Colorados. The NSR beach house.

Sean and his crew have been visiting from Florida and although the waves haven’t been the best (they did score some really good sized waves earlier) they told me they went and did a bunch of exploring the last couple of days seeing all the amazing sights Nicaragua has to offer away from the beach.

Beautiful blue water and still some ok size surf, makes for any good time to surf.

Especially when the lineup only has about 4 guys out.

Aly oop time!!!!

Brian Scott

Not a whole lot of barreling waves out there today, but it never hurts to try and find and make one if it’s possible.

Shred fests on the rights

and the lefts were abundant.

Of course the occasional overhead burger gurgler set came through every now and then.

Look Maaa I’m in Nica and oh, that’s Costa Rica right there in the background too!

Water temps are super warm, so grab your favorite board and get out there while the sun is shining!

Two types of LOGS! Just watch out for that thing when it drifts back out into the lineup on the high tide. YIKESSS!!!!!

Mahalo for peeking into todays waves. I’m starting my marathon of surf report duties for 11 straight days, as of today. So lets get cozy the next couple weeks shall we! See ya mañana ~
