Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, September 04, 2009

September is on, and all the kids were happy to start celebrating these days.  Today we had cultural festival were over 100 kids were part of it.  Here is a shot of the scene.

Hi everybody, we are the NSR Family bringing you all the action for the Friday surf report.  The waves were still small today but pretty fun.  It was waist high on sets with nice offshore winds, we have to mention that the water was amazingly clear.  Check out the lineup!

Lucha Libre took the water camera out for while and snapped a couple of cool shots.  Here he caught “El Tuzo” with a cool off the lip.

Who said that the ladies don’t go fishing?  The Cascante’s ladies were charging today trying to catch some fish for dinner.

This is Paul from Costa Rica riding a nice left hander.  It looks like Lucha Libre got some skills in the water, but only when the waves are small!

There were a few girls picking up some nice waves.  This is Shannon with a solid stand up on this right.

Lucha didn’t know that there is some risk to take when you are out in the water.  Oliver almost ran him over on this wave but at least he was able to take one photo.

Alright folks, that’s all for today.  The swell is supposed to pick up a little bit tomorrow so please check back tomorrow.
