Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, August 21, 2008

Hey this is Lucha Libre and D-lite with the Thursday surf report  from somewhere up north.  Today we had two really good guys from New Jersey that wanted to hire us to take some photos of the new swell.  The wind was calm for most of the day and the water was a little cloudy.

This is a shot of the line up from the early morning session.  As you can see we had a good swell coming in today, ranging from chest high to over head on sets with good form.

Here we have John with a wedging right; he was really excited to have us here to document his surf trip with his wife and friends.  We are sending them home with a lot of great pics.

This is Patrick taking off on one of the bigger set waves of the day.  He was getting many fun waves today and he is having such a good time looking at all the photos we took of him.

Our friend Broddie “El Huesitos” paddled out today and was busting big airs all over the place.  Here he is caught with a sick one.

There were some really sick wipe outs today but there were too many to post them all.  Here is one guy about to test out his lungs.

A couple of good surfers were out ripping today.  Check out this unknown rider hitting the lip on this nice sizeable wave.

Here we have another unknown with a nice bottom turn on a clean and sizeable right.  Hey buddy if you look on NSRsurfshots.com you can take this photo home and show your friends and family what a great time you had in Nicaragua.  The forecast shows that we are going to have good waves and conditions tomorrow.  Check back with us.
