Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, August 14, 2008

Welcome to the Thursday surf report. This is Roberto, Jairo “Come Pan” and D-lite bringing you the action from Maderas today. The surfed has dropped some , we have sets running waist to chest high  with offshore winds and the water is very clear. Here is a shot of the line up, there were a lot of people at the beach today enjoying the gorgeous day.

We want to start the action with this lady bottom turning on a nice looking left. That is great day to see all a couple of ladies getting some fun waves today.  Remenber to check NSRsurfshots.com to see if you guys get shot on your trip down here in Nicaragua.

Today the waves were really fun for long boarding; here we have Caleb “El Skater”   with five toes over the nose. We would like to give mad props to Jairo for a great job with the water camera.

Rex “La Bestia “Calderon was flying all over the place today. Here we caught him with a nice from side air.

Here we have Rodolfo “El Calibilly Villareal with a great snap on a small but strong left.  He’s been surfing pretty well lately since he got that new board sponsored by Santa Cruz.

Jairo Come Pan is getting better and better each day.  Today he was ready to take some shots of the local guys but the waves weren’t that good.  Anyway he took a couple of great ones.  Here he caught “El Mope” with an interesting shot.

The last surfing shot of the day goes to Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro who was doing his thing out there.  The waves should be about same size tomorrow, so there will be something to ride.  Check back with us.
