Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, June 17, 2021

It was a rainy night last night and today the sun came out and the waves are a bit smaller but the weather is nice and plenty of people were enjoying the ocean and what it provided us today. Come and check it out.

Lots of waves to be had by everybody as evidenced by this photo here as the grom is launching while my buddy Asher is ripping the face in the background.

Maria scoring like always! It sure is easy to surf when you're here living only a few minutes away from the beach in whichever part of the community you live here you're always just a quick stroll away from scoring some waves.

Jason stays shredding the waves here as one of the handful of locals that can call this break home he shows everybody how to surf these waves with his sick style.

Gotta love a good banana split or in this case a good wave split.

Finley shredding out front as normal but what is a new sight is that crazy boat in the background that has been here the last couple days.

Lucas can be found down at Pili's place most days either shredding the waves or ripping volleyballs or putting in some work doing his art which he is very talented at.

Divinia is here visiting from the Canary Islands and will be here for an extended period of time so she will be scoring a bunch of waves.

Hayden calls this place home and his rail game shows that he knows his way around the place very well.

Don't count out the visitors though as a lot of these guys and girls that have been arriving this year are very talented surfers.

Just a beautiful wave here lining up for whatever your imagination can conjure up.

If you're Kevin the conjuring is launching airs and perhaps a Superman air which I saw him land earlier. Yeeeeew

The one that got away... sneaking through the lineup without being noticed, look at that beautiful wave.

I met Brooke down at the waters edge this morning and she proceeded to tear it up out in the water I have a bunch of waves that she caught but this one was a wonderful emerald gem I present to the world.

Surfing until all of the energy has exited your body is always a success and sometimes requires a full layout on the sand to recuperate some of that expelled energy.

Grom Girl tearing it up! Yeah chica way to get down out there, having fun and shredding waves.

Timmy has been on fire showing how to get down with the get down and that rooster tail is evidence of that.

Kev again showing his skills as the folks out the back can take in the free show.

These guys were caught in a game of chicken racing at eachother at high speeds but both had the same idea in mind.

Elle was out showing off those skills and going back n forth with her friend Brooke from the earlier shot. Yeah dude!! Yeeeeeeew

Cranking on that turn with more torque than a F350 in in 1st gear going up hill.

Let us not forget at the end of the day though that we surf for fun. We surf to enjoy our time with the ocean and be at one with nature. Look at this grom enjoying himself out there in the water. Isn't that what it is all about.. It is always a pleasure to provide ya'll with the shots of the day and show off some of the talented surfers that call this place home or visit this place to call it home for a short period of time. Thank you all for coming and checking out the report. Tomorrow is looking to be a bit smaller perhaps but this weekend we will be getting some new swell maybe Saturday or maybe Sunday but it is coming. Cruise back to check it out. Peace out amigos
