Here ye, my dear NSR community, join us in welcoming the newest member of the NSR Family. Fernando "Cuatro Nombres" Abarca hails from the idyllic and pristine  locale of Rivas. Cuatro Nombres brings some mad skate skills as well as near perfect English (with a solid Ricky Ricardo accent ) to his post in the new Tola NSR office (playa Colorado dawg).
