Carlitos is one of the many little guppies frothing out, learning the ways of the ocean from their surfing parents like many other little ones who reside here. Hows’ this Kelly Slater / Rob Machado throw back high five looking wave???? I see a lot of talent coming out of this place once again. I think if my math is right, this might be the 3rd generation of surfers here.
