Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, March 14, 2012

We got plenty of swell this morning, and we were ready to score some of it.  It was over head on sets, light offshore winds and chilly water.  Come down and get some of this, we have the best places to stay around this area.  Keep it in mind!!!

We want to throw a special shout out to the new NSR Family member.  This is Joe 'El Venado Blanco', he'll be doing some video for us for the next couple of weeks.  He's only been surfing for about 3 years but he's not afraid to get a nice bump, so we probably are going to see him getting into some huge barrels pretty soon.  Welcome to the family Joe!

The new swell brought some sweet lefts as well.  Here is caught this guy looking down the line of this nice sized left hander.

First light in the morning people was checking where the good spot was, waiting for the right tide to paddle out.  Go get some folks!!!

This boy paddled out and stayed around the inside section, taking some small shoulders.  Check you out man, you made it on NSR anyway!

A couple of rippers made it out by the river mouth and they were doing their thing.  Check out this unknown rider slicing this one on his backside!

Juancito El Duendecito Tronquito de Yuca is getting pretty good with the camera.  He snapped all the shots for today's report and he did a really nice job.  Buen trabajo chabalo!

The river mouth is kinda weird right now, I mean every year and season is different but we are not complaining as long as get some sick waves.  That's all for today folks, please check back tomorrow!
