Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, March 02, 2020

Brian Scott

Welcome to the Monday surf report! After the hustle and bustle of the busy weekend, things were back to calm and tranquilo out in the lineup on this first Monday of March. Let’s jump in shall we!!!

Brian Scott

Fifty percent of the crowd out there today consisted of a couple of the Springfields. Mr. Dan getting in his late morning shampoo!

Brian Scott

Young John going second in line for the salt water ducha.

Of course, once you get the shower out of the way for the day… it’s time to play!

Brian Scott

After last nights swim (if you didn’t see yesterdays report, go check it out. I ended up shooting from the water & the sunset was epic!) the water felt a little warmer with todays nice hot sun blazing down on it.

Brian Scott

I think this is the most consecutive days in a row I’ve seen and have been lucky to see Jackson out surfing.

Brian Scott

When I say “Lucky”, its because I can always count on getting shots like this any time he surfs!!!

Brian Scott

I’m not sure if it’s all the Volleyball Dan’s been doing, but his surfing game is getting better every day!

Brian Scott

Look Maaaa, no hands!!! Señor Springfield rebelling and styling quite nicely against the family pig-dog tradition.

Brian Scott

Still some nice waves on tap, even though the swell reports said it was diminishing.

Brian Scott

Style and flow… two incremental yet both equally important parts of surfing.

Brian Scott

Of course the “Heisman” pig-dog is always a favorite!

Brian Scott

Especially when you’re getting slotted like this! Ok my friends, that’s all I got for today. Come on back tomorrow to see what Baldo finds along the coast! Buen día ~
