Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, February 11, 2020

Brian Scott

Hola and Happy Tuesday everyone! We had some wild and wonky surf on the super lunar high tide coming down in the late afternoon. Step on in!

Brian Scott

Lots of water moving around out there today and you really needed to find a good place to sit (if you could) to stay in position for the bomb sets.

Brian Scott

Our very own Julio made out for a surf today. If you’re eve been in the surf shop, you may have met him. He’s super cool guy and surfs well, as you can see!

Brian Scott

Jason was out there too. Looks like the local boys are starting to get warmed up for the very near and soon surf season.

Brian Scott

He was killing it!!! Considering he’s taken off a little time while the waves were not that great.

Brian Scott

Those bigger sets are always what can catch you off guard out there. Cesar, always ready for the bombie left!

Brian Scott

It was more about the rights today than the lefts so as you can see, Cesar really wanted to make that left regardless of the position he was in.

Brian Scott

Lots of hangups and air drops on some for sure!

Brian Scott

And a lot of this…. duck diving!

Brian Scott

When you see this kind of a section coming straight at you… what would you do???

Brian Scott

Jason attacks it head on, like with this huge air!

Brian Scott

Alrighty my friends who always like seeing how the waves are in Nica-Land. That’s a wrap for todays surf report. Still plenty on swell for the rest of this week. Hope to see you out there. Yewwww ~
