Today we have the semifinals and the finals for 5 different categories. The swell dropped a bit but It's still fun. It's chest high and sometimes head high on sets and the wind is offshore. Check it out.

We started the day with International hits. This is Denis from La Boquita, he got the third place.

These are the Open finalists. We have Rex Calderon, Gustavo Noguerra from Limon, Luis and Larry. We have to mention that Larry and Rex made it to the final in two categories, Juniors and Open.

So, all the finalists were so much exited. Here is Luis with a nice shot. He started the day with some air and then we was improving his maneuvers.

Young Rex was battling in the Juniors and Open finals. He was ripping and cutting back everywhere.

Luis was killing it today. He took this wave and get barrel, He made it out, cut it back and finished with a nice laid back.

Yeahh dude,, Luis win the Open National and International categories. He's the new champion.

Everybody imaged this before. Young Rex win the Juniors and get the second place in the Open National. Last contest he won the Junior and get third place, maybe next year he will win both. Never know.

The chicks had a good time out here today. That's good, Maite win it, Ashley got second place, Jessica got third place and Yahaira from San Juan del Sur got fourth. Awesome girls, keep working.

Here is Gustavo from Limon, this guy had improved so much. He got third place in the final against 3 Sanjuane

And Augusto Chamorro got the second place in the International final, he was so happy. We had a good contest, we'd like to say thanks to all the sponsors and get ready for the next contest on January 27th and 28th at La Boquita. Check back tomorrow.
