"During a challenging time for travel from Managua to Rancho Santana due to the political situation, the NSR team provided us with other options that would allow us to arrive safely with our family and 9 month old baby. We decided to fly from Managua to Costa Esmeralda airport outside Rancho. We felt 100% safe during our whole travel experience. Of course, once we arrived to the property, we knew we would feel right at home. The NSR team made our trip stress-free and gave us the opportunity to travel to their beautiful country for an amazing week of surf and sun, even though the country is going through an extremely rough time. Since we could safely traveling, we were able to support the local community in a time when they need the business the most. Aloha to Baldo and Sarah! We will be back!"
