Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, March 05, 2008

We've got Roberto "Lucha Libre" Garcia with the surf report from out here at Maderas today. It's supposed that the swell was still building but today when we made it to the beach we didn't found bigger waves than yesterday. Anyway, it was big enough to have so much fun. It's head high on sets, the wind is offshore and the water is clear.

"El Tuzo" Morales paddled out today and was surfing pretty well. Here is a good shot of him, shredding with so much power.

Check out this unknown pale rider showing us how to get barrel and a washing face tube at the same time. That is a sick style, because you can see exctly how the barrel looks like.

The were a couple of overhead set waves coming through. Here is another unknown rider taking a nice one.

"La Bestia" Calderon was so excited riding his 5.6' brand new board shaped by "El Viejo Pelon" Eberly. Here he is smaking the lip on a nice size wave.

"El Coki" Brox or ladies man get back to the action today and as always was getting a couple barrels. There he goes getting into a nice looking one.

This is Pedro "Popol" from France with a small but sweet spray. This little kid has been here in town for almost a month, when he got here he was just riding the waves and now he's shredding. That's awesome!!!

If you guys are not able to make it to Maderas, you can take a walk to the beach and take advantage of this sweet right out front of the bay. Check back tomorrow.
