Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, May 27, 2009

Hi and welcome to the Wednesday surf report from out here at one of the most popular beaches around town. The waves were in rare form running about chest high with onshore wind. The waves were just not looking like Nicaragua, it looked like Jax Beach, so we felt like we were at home.  Check it out.

Mateo was super stoked for his 22nd birthday! He got a NSR sticker and a shot of Flor de Cana! He was excited and ready to surf!!!

Many people took the big pangas out today and were having so much fun in the water.  This is Robbin from Oregon taking a nice looking right.  The winds were onshore but there were still some rideable waves to be had.

Pancho Sanchez was trying to make a chesses sandwich on the board today.  Here we got Pancho and Hace Quezos looking for the camera on the beach.  Next time you guys have to make sure to take some turkey out there to make a combo sandwich.

It’s been raining little bit the last few days and the rain is already washing some trees to the ocean.  Please be carful in the water because we don’t want anybody to get hurt.

“La Gaviota” Chamorro tried to get a couple of waves on the big panga today.  Here he is going backwards on this little nugget.  Maybe he should try the longboard category in the next contest because he was doing it pretty well on that thing.

“El Guineo” was so happy to get wet on his birthday but he is still missing his friends back in the states.  Check him out going against the lip of this nice right.

Alright folks, the waves should be about the same size tomorrow so be sure to take your big board out and have fun with us.
Have a good one folks!!
