NSR

Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, April 05, 2006

The swell continues...It's dropped of a tiny bit since yesterday but it's still overhead on sets and offshore. The water also warmed up a little and a few of us were able to skin it for the first time in weeks. First light, nobody out, surf by yourself for 2 hours - this is why you stay at the NSR Casita.

Mr. Brown took full advantage of the situation and caught about every wave that came in. This was a set wave. (there was still a little juice out there)

Mr. Brown, shot 2. This is the "juicy" part.

Mr. Brown, shot 3. Short but sweet.

The sun came out and so did the locals. This is Salong from Limon.

Salong, up and riding.

Limon locals watch a lot of surf videos. How else would they know to try this?

Gray, from So. Cal, paddled out and caught a few fun ones.

But today was the Mr. Brown show. He was all over the place. In the tube...

...cutting back...

...and rebounding into the lip. Good stuff Mr. Brown.

We've got a second set of photo's in for today too. These are from Maderas and Machete pt.

Here is cool shot from the hill. Hey Pancho Sanchez I started to climb too.

This is Marc still riding every wave at Machete pt. Check back tomorrow.
