Javier Baldovinos

What's up surfers of the world? Welcome to another beautiful day in Southern Nicaragua. The waves are showing up and the wind is not slowing down, but everyone is out surfing!

Javier Baldovinos

There was a small group of surfers at Panga Drops when I got there, a family from Argentina looking for some Nica waves. Bienvenidos!

Javier Baldovinos

These argentinian kids are so pumped to be surfing again good waves after who knows how many months since the last time they tried surfing.

Javier Baldovinos

Modst of the waves were perfect for them, big enough to get the rhythm, the feeling of surfing again.

Javier Baldovinos

And what better place to get that rhythm again than Panga Drops, with its soft, long peeling waves breaking both sides.

Javier Baldovinos

This girl won the "best surfer in the water" award today, she was on a boogieboard and killing it!

Javier Baldovinos

She got many barrels in the hour I was there taking photos.

Javier Baldovinos

Actually, she was the only one getting barreled out there.

Javier Baldovinos

This kid was also ripping, taking some really long, fun ones up and down the break.
