The first stop was a view overlooking Laguna de Apoyo and the second perch overlooked downtown Granada and Lake Nicaragua. In the early morning, we checked the forecasts and they called for a 40% chance of rain but we decided to risk it anyways!! Unfortunately, it was drizzling and cloudy all day at Mombacho so we did not get to see the views. We didn’t want to spoil the fun in today’s report so you have to go there and see it for yourself.
