Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, December 31, 2015

Hello everybody and Happy New Year's Eve from NSR! This is Parker updating you on today's surf report from up north. Check out the shots!

Before we went all the way north, we stopped at a firing right beach break. We needed to end the year on a tube.

Keenan Flegel locked into a backside roller. His countless number of hours wakeboarding and wake surfing are paying off!

My 2016 resolution is to pack in more turns per wave. Keenan already accomplished his...

His best friend, Andrew Stebbins, joined us for the boat trip. What better way to celebrate your birthday than an uncrowded peak?

Check out the lip's spray. The offshores were cooking today!

However, the wind didn't give Noah Flegel any problems. Section to section... yeww!!

Then, we went all the way north to California to surf Trestles. Keep scrolling down!

Noah loved all the long frontside waves. If you want to tear it up like him, come rent our Firewire Tomos.

Ryan made the last minute strike mission to Nica to time the swell. Here he is enjoying the benefits.

After stuffing ourselves at Don Eloy's pizza night, Keenan had ample energy to smack the lip. Thanks for dinner last night Ricky!

If you want battle scars for the ladies, snag all the small inside reef huggers. It's smooth cobble stone but not soft. Also, please be careful celebrating and traveling tonight!

Regardless of the rocky bottom, this wave is rippable and playful. Schedule a boat here to practice all your sprays, hacks, and cutbacks!

For us regular footers, you will practice your turns all day until your legs hurt. Ryan loved surfing the long period swell on a reef.

When life give Ryan's closeouts, he jams the lip!

When life gives Noah a barrel, he takes it. Especially when his older brother Keenan is watching...

Thank you to Zack and Carlo for stoking us out today! And thank y'all for checking out the report. Please be safe and responsible tonight! Happy New Years and adios amigos!!
