Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, December 26, 2008

Hi folks, we are Lucha Libre and Come Pan Panic bringing the Friday surf report.  Today we went by Playa Maderas just to check out how the waves were up there.  It was super fun for longboards and the weather was super nice.  It was running about knee to waist high on sets, the wind was offshore and the water a little bit chilly.

Today the NSR Surf School had a busy day.  First thing, Lucha and Carlos Caliente took these two guys to one of the best surf spot close to town to teach them how to surf.  They are from California and they were so stoked because they rode a bunch of fun waves.

This is Victoria Mcginley riding a sick left.  Check out Carlos in the background so happy to see that his students were doing it really good

This is Joe Jhala taking off on a sweet wave.  This is the first time that he visits our beautiful country and he doesn’t wants to leave.

Come Pan and Oliver “El Monito” Solis were doing their thing as well.  They drove up a little bit north to share with this family from Chicago and Washington.  Check them all out so happy to make it on NSR.

This is Katerine taking a nice right.  Can you guys believe it?  This is the first time that she makes it to the lineup and she caught some waves.  She was charging.

It is so nice when the whole family share something together.  This is the big mama with a solid stand up on this sweet wave.  Congratulations!!!

Margot is only fourteen years old and she was doing her thing as well.  The NSR instructor was really surprised because this family learned pretty fast.

How about David and Nora on this wave. They decided to share some waves and were trying to do the best to make this moment one of the best on their lifes.

On the last shot of the day we have Sara having so much fun on this wave.  Alright folks, we had a good day sharing with all these guys.  Hopefully tomorrow we can score some more fun waves.
