Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, December 19, 2008

Hi everyone, this is the NSR family bringing you the action for the Friday surf report.  Today the waves were about the same as the last couple of days.  It was knee high on sets, the wind was offshore, and the water was pretty nice.  Check it out.

Today the line up was not very busy with only a few locals out.  They were able to show us some of their maneuvers in these small but fun waves.  For our first shot we caught Oscar “El Freaky” Dangla with a smooth front side slash.

The waves weren’t very big today but there were some unknown riders catching a bunch of them and enjoying the water.  Here we have this guy taking off on this small but nice right.

Just a few days before Christmas’s night and many people down here are getting ready to have their Holiday dinner with the whole family and share some Christmas Cheer.  Here we have a family getting prepared for their feast.

Today while at the beach we discovered this cool looking snake darting across the sand.  We couldn’t figure out what kind he was but we thought that it was pretty odd to see him heading towards the break.

This girl found a good spot to get some surf photos of her boyfriend.  “Be careful the tide is coming in.”  Be sure to check back tomorrow and see if we get a slight push in the swell.
