NSR

Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, December 17, 2011

We made it back down south and we went to Playa Maderas this morning to see what was going on down there.  The waves got a tad smaller but there were still a couple of fun ones rolling in.  The conditions were nice to take a big board out or learn how to surf.  Check it out!

Countdown to Christmas is on!  We would like to ask your help in making this Christmas a super special one of the community of La Churequita in Rivas.  For the last 2 years, NSR has helped raise enough money to provide Christmas gifts and meals to over 300 people in 2 different communities in the southern region of Nicaragua.  If you would like help us bring Christmas to La Churequita, please email:   [email protected]   (we are asking that donations be sent via PayPal to [email protected] )

Waist to chest high waves with nice offshore winds, that’s what we had out there.  How about these two guys splitting this peak.

A few girls made it out to the lineup and they were able to ride some fun ones.  Here is caught this girl working on her backside bottom turn.

Young Rex and Florence had a nice heat, they both were ripping all over the place.  Rex blasting fins out with his signature move.

Florence came up right away styling on his frontside as well.  Did I mention that they were killing out there?

This guy was watching the action from the beach and playing some ball.  That’s a nice body balance my friend!

La Cenicienta Blaylock paddled out on her huge super panga and she had a blast on it.  It was nice to see you back in the water Ashy!!!

Alright folks, that’s all for today.  Please check back tomorrow!
