Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, December 12, 2015

What's up everybody?! This is Armando Lopez and Parker tag teaming the weekend surf report for NSR. We have some killer shots to show you so keep scrolling down!

This is the second day of the small swell. The wind was a little strong, but we visit a spot protected for the wind, so we just enjoy the direction and the shape of this left.

The sets were coming every fifteen minutes with seven waves in the serie. This is the normal size of every wave and every wave was holding the shape and the size all the way to the beach.

The waves were long with a hundred meters long with sessions for turns and tubes. Super fun!!!!!!.

There are some rippers over here. This lines were good for made around ten turns. Imagine how good feeling you will have after three waves.

This part of Nicaragua is blessing for have good waves and so many good spot for fishing. Here are two of the water sport of Nicaragua.

When the sets come was cool to see two rippers destroying the waves. This place was on fire for an hour.

Jackson Obando might be finished school for the year but he has one more lesson to show you...

BAM!! Are you trying to show off your sponsors?! Jackson showed off these frontside cutbacks all morning. Take notes everybody!

Jackson was out with his fellow "Frio" star Kevin Cortez. Because they are best friends, they push each other to be better surfers. Scroll down to see what I mean...

Yeww!! Yeah Kevin! Both were powerful with textbook form.

The Surfari Charters crew was tearing up this point too. When Jimmy, the captain, exemplifies their grueling work/life balance!

Hoel is the first mate and an even better ripper. He puts El Astillero surfers on the map and carves the wave a part. Watching him surf was something special!

Donnie and Jimmy were on Surfari's tour and enjoyed their weekend. Welcome back down from New Jersey guys!!

The offshores were strong today and were problem for some of us (especially those of us who are 6'5" cough cough). Seldomly, it gets the best of us... Thankfully, this point break was a wave factory and this guy snagged some other gems.

Shooting a line up with Kevin, Jackson, and Hoel was just as fun as surfing it! Those boys showed everybody how to perfect a cutback. Keep ripping amigos!

This is Armando's reaction to my watershots the past two days because we have a friendly competition for who takes the best photos. Codo, it's been a huge pleasure to look up to you as a photographer and have you as a role model!

Ok chicos, I hope you liked the variety of shots today! Have a good safe Saturday night and thank you for looking at our report. Adios amigos!
