NSR

Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, December 11, 2010

NSR always do the best to help out Nicaraguan’s communities.  During the last 3 years Lucha’s family and NSR has been supporting bunch of kids with food, drinks, toys and some clothes during the Christmas Holidays.  This year we want to make everyone of you guys part of this mission, let’s join efforts and make this come true.  Last year we provided supplies to more than 150 kids, this year we want to take the goal over 200 kids but we need your help to make this possible.  Make your donation to [email protected] via paypal, every dime would make a huge different on making all the kids happy.  Thanks for your help!!!

As known, the waves have been small lately but they have been pretty fun.  This morning the waves were running about knee to waist high on sets with pretty strong offshore winds and the water was chilly.  Check it out!!!

A couple local kids woke early and headed out to the beach, no matter about how cold the water was.  This is Orlando skining on this one.  I guess the conditions don't matter when you really loves surfing.

This is pretty weird, the locals were out with no shirt and this guy from England was wearing a top.  Anyway, he was riding some fun one on his fish.

A few longboarders made it out and killing it on the big pangas.  This is Scott working on his backside style on this little nugget.

Masequita with a cool round house on his backside.  These kids have improved their surfing skills pretty fast.  That's what happens when you surf every single day, no matters about conditions.

The lineup was mellow today, so there were many nice form waves rolling in with no takers.  This is what you can have if you go early to the beach.  No crowds and nice waves.

Did we mention that a  few longboarders make it out?  Check out Mike waxing his panga, right before we paddled out.  He was able to catch some fun ones as well.

The last action shot of the day goes to Felipe "El Pipe" Chompipe dropping a sweet frontside snap on this left.  Waves are supposed to pick up soon so you better stay tuned with us.
