Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, December 10, 2020

Welcome back to the Daily Surf Report from here in beautiful Nicaragua. Another gorgeous day out and although the water is starting to get bit colder it is still trunkable. Today is the eve of the incoming swell and there were some pulses out there that make me excited to see what's in store for the weekend.

Mateo with some serious torque on that turn, typically it's the Southern Cali folks that are frothing to be here but last couple days have been firing in SoCal.. still surfing without the need for a wetsuit in mid December is a W.

You may recognize this surfer from the opening shot, these boys were stoked to paddle out and you can see why here with buttery peaks ready get toasted.

Super layback carve on that honey baked ham shoulder.

Couple of the girls were out there throwing down with the boys that were cooking up some action.

Super fun sesh this morning at Panga as there were a consistent flow of waves coming through on a couple different peaks allowing for the lineup to be spread out a bit and everybody was scoring.

Splitting peaks is always encouraged as well. Not sure who is on the left but that is Jackson on the right as he was putting on a clinic.

Small inside reform sections no problem for Jackson.

Give him a proper face and you get to see the fire hose attachment spray off the tail of his Stretch board. Yeeew!

They say to make sure to look both ways before you cross the road but what about looking both ways before making a sick roundhouse cutback straight into an out of control board. Nobody was hurt in the making of this photo, I can't promise no boards were dinged though :p

Alright guys super fun morning today out there, as mentioned earlier it is the eve of some arriving swell. Tomorrow will be building throughout the day, SW at 20 seconds with 15-20 MPH offshore winds. We should see a nice bump up in size to maybe 3-5 ft with the occasional larger set through Sunday or Monday. Have fun this weekend!
