Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, December 10, 2011

What’s up homies?  It is Lucha Libre here reporting from up north.  Yes friends, I made it up this morning with one of my best buddies “Borrador”.  The waves were fun, running about chest to head high on the bigger sets, the winds were cooperating this morning and the water was nice and fresh.  Look forward and see what we have for you guys today!

Countdown to Christmas is on!  We would like to ask your help in making this Christmas a super special one of the community of La Churequita in Rivas.  For the last 2 years, NSR has helped raise enough money to provide Christmas gifts and meals to over 300 people in 2 different communities in the southern region of Nicaragua.  If you would like help us bring Christmas to La Churequita, please email:   [email protected]   (we are asking that donations be sent via PayPal to [email protected] )

My buddy Borrador was super stoked to make it out there, this AM.  As you can see on this shot he was ripping, as always.  Getting deep in the flats, showing us his bottom turn style on this right.

And this is what he got off the bottom turn.  Hey ladies, check out his backside!!!

Marquito paddled out there and he picked up a few of the better waves of the day.  Check him out getting in the hot spot.  I have to say that he was flying down the line with his huge super panga.

Quite a few Floridian surfers were out, living the dream with us.  This is Chad setting up on this jewel, right in front of the river mouth.

The waves looked super fun down the beach as well.  Check this set out with no takers.

Matt and company were cooling off by the river mouth.  They were also living the dream, as you can see!

Riley dropped into some sweet lefts and rights this morning but he did miss the best one.  Here he is dropping in a little late on this sicky.

Alright amigos, that’s all for today.  Please check back tomorrow.
